About us

Knowledge Transfer Company - Poznań University of Ecnomics and Business (SCUEP) was established in 2014. It serves as a centre for research and development projects for Polish and foreign companies, integrating the knowledge of researchers with the experience of industry experts.

We specialise in development projects, creating new products and services, developing development and research strategies, and building innovative business models.

We draw on the experience and potential of the Poznań University of Economics and Business and its 500 employees – experts in management, economics, finance, quality and IT.

Project: designing market research on the trade in used electronics and communication support.


Results: development of communication materials based on data and conclusions, production of a series of expert articles and radio broadcasts. The project was awarded a bronze clip for the ‘Second Life of Electronics’ project by the Association of Public Relations Companies.

Project: conducting research among senior and middle managers from the SME sector, performing analyses, calculating social capital and trust.


Results: preparation of a report entitled “Social capital and trust in Polish business 2025”, presenting the results of a pioneering empirical study on trust among entrepreneurs, one of the few of its kind in the world.

Project: research and organisational support for a research experiment carried out as part of the project entitled ‘Improving urban mobility towards climate neutrality through new work habits and means of transport’. Development and implementation of a promotional strategy for the experiment in the media.


Results: recruitment and implementation of the experiment with the participation of 35 residents of Poznań and a report on the research conducted, showing a tendency to change transport habits towards more environmentally friendly ones.

Project: preparation and delivery of training entitled ‘Assessment of the sensitivity and efficiency of candidates and members of the sensory team’.


Results: the training enabled participants to test their sensory sensitivity in terms of smell and sight, as well as their sensory efficiency (ability to perform sensory assessments of products).
